Appointments

The Spring Appointment calendar opens Monday, January 6th at 6:00 a.m. for existing consignors!  Set your alarms-the spots fill up fast!

If you are a new consignor, please contact the store.  We reserve an appointment each day for new consignors who are interested in joining our BOTR family.  After the initial appointment, you will be expected to schedule your future drops via the online appointment system.

Please subscribe to our email newsletter as this is how important dates get announced to our consignors.

No appointment is needed Tuesday through Saturdays for large toys and baby items such as pack and plays, high chairs, strollers (when in season-spring and summer), swings, bouncers, boosters, etc.

If you have furniture, please send pictures to info@backontherack.biz for a preliminary peek before hauling it down to the store!  We look it over for general condition as well as verify it hasn’t been recalled.  A picture of the manufacturer’s sticker is required for that reason.

We accept consignor clothes/shoe drop offs Tuesday through Saturday by appointment.  You can drop off your items between 10-4:30 Tues-Friday and 10-3:30 Saturday (we stop taking items 30 minutes before we close) and is only to drop off your items, so it will be quick.  We do not sort your items at this time.  Please note that items are not returned to you if they do not meet our standards (they are donated), so please carefully curate your items before bringing them in.  They must fall within the brands we accept, be recently laundered, and free of any damage.

For current consignors, please note our policy change regarding the former ‘window’ in which you could drop off on either side of your appointment. The day you make your appointment is the day on which you can drop off, so please schedule thoughtfully.  We recognize that life happens, so if an emergency comes up and you need to reschedule, please call us during our regular business hours at 303-355-0191, or email us at info@backontherack.biz. 

(There will be spots reserved each day for reschedules-don’t despair!  But if you ‘No Show/No Call’, any subsequent appointments you have made may be cancelled.  ‘No Calls/No Shows’ will not be allowed to take a spot reserved for those who make prior arrangements to reschedule.)
